FRIEDEL FOCUSED ON YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

American football icon Brad Friedel has been focusing more on youth development on the back of his exit from New England Revolution in the Major League Soccer (MLS).Brad Friedel was named the New England Revolution boss in November 2017 and was at the club for 18 months before he was sacked in May 2019.

Brad Friedel lost his job after the club opened the 2019 season with two wins from 12 games under his watch. New England Revolution had a record of two wins, eight draws and two losses from the 12 MLS games before his exit. In total, he had a career record of 12 wins, 21 draws and 13 defeats from the 46 games managed by him.

After his stint with New England Revolution, Brad Friedel made the decision to turn to youths and that informed his partnership with NCE Soccer. The goalkeeping legend joined forces with NCE Soccer earlier this year to impact on the lives of the young players. Brad Friedel has been working with young players across all NCE Soccer venues and programs for several months. On his decision to team up with NCE Soccer, Brad Friedel expressed his delight at the opportunity towork with the young players and help them develop their goalkeeping skills.

BRAD FRIEDEL: PREMIER LEAGUE PACESETTER

American football legend Brad Friedel is an iconic Premier League figure following his meritorious service to the division over a period of almost two decades. This makes him a role model not only to Americans in the Premier League but also to other nationalities in the division.


The 49-year-old goalkeeper turned football coach became a Premier League player in 1997 when he left Major League Soccer (MLS) club Columbus Crewfor reigning Premier League champions Liverpool.He spent three years at Anfield before joining Blackburn Rovers where he spent majority of his career as a Premier League player.

SPURS SIGN HART ON TWO YEAR DEAL

Tottenham Hotspur have announced the signing of former Manchester City shot stopper Joe Hart on a two-year deal.
Hart has not been the same since he was casted out of Man City squad by Pep Guardiola. Hart was considered not capable to play the type of football favoured by the Catalan tactician. He was swiftly sent on loan to Torino.
Hart's performance in Italy was far from inspiring and the club did not make his move permanent. He returned to England the following season to team up with Burnley. The England international, who hasn't played for the three Lions since 2017, featured 19 times for the Clarets in the Premier League during the 2018/19 season. He also managed three games in cup action the following campaign.

The decision to part way with Brad Friedel came after their 5-0 lost to Chicago fire. They were second in every department of the game and they showed a team who lacked ideas and clear identities on how they want to play. It was inevitable, Brad had to go!

The club announced immediately that Assistant coach Mike Lapper will be in charge on an interim basis till a suitable candidate is hired. Brad Friedel was appointed as the head coach in November 2017, his first major assignments as head coach.

Brad Friedel Great Example for Aston Villa Signing, Heaton

It has been confirmed by Aston Villa that they are signing Tom Heaton, the goalkeeper from Burnley and he is going to be the new addition to the side that is newly promoted.

The summer spree seems to continue for the midland giants as they have signed a new shot-stopper. Reports have to say that they have paid £8million for him. Heaton is more likely to take over the number one role at Villa Park. He is experienced who has proven himself in the top flight. He is known to have been capped thrice at senior level by England and has been a consistent performer for his former team, Burnley, recently.
